Once your credits run out, you will no longer be able to access your instances. You can make prepayments and avail of our discounts as well.

We refund by way of restoring credit, if you were unhappy with the service because of some fault in the infrastructure or anything we are accountable for. Monetary refunds are considered on a case to case basis.

Billing starts after your first hour, which is dedicated to setup and licensing if need be
